液壓油水污染在線連續檢測傳感器研究

摘要:本研究的目的為在線連續對液壓油液中的水分能可靠地檢測,保證及時發現水污染并預警,避免產生嚴重的事故,保證液壓設備的可靠運行,實現主動維護。采用聚酰亞胺水分子選擇性覆膜,并創新設計了連續曲率雙螺旋電容水污染傳感器,對基本原理進行了數學分析建模,并對新型傳感器產品的組成原理和軟件算法流程進行了介紹。通過對第三方實驗室實驗數據的分析討論及和與客戶的測試結果比對,得到了含水率檢測精度更高的結果。本傳感器產品已在部隊及許多液壓行業應用,有效地實現狀態監控,成為大型設備主動維護的重要手段并為潤滑管理審計等工作提供可靠的技術保障。

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to get the solution of in-line hydraulic oil water contamination detection and get the warning in timeand ensure the reliable operation of hydraulic devices and prevent fatal accident. A new type of sensor is designed by building a mathematical model and using capacitance sensor with PI selective film and double spiral lines with continuously curvature. It is proved that it can solve relative impediment which has better repeatability precision as will as better selective precision in complex environment by comparing the results of test conducted by customers and third-party lab. This new type of sensor has already been used in many largescale industrial and mining enterprises as production, which can be an important method to improve the effect to maintain large equipment initiatively and provide reliable technical guarantee method to lubrication audit.
